What's The View Like?

Have you ever changed jobs in the same industry? Maybe you got a promotion to a new job. Maybe it's the same position. Either way, it's at a different company. And the new company does things differently from your last company. You have to learn new programs, procedures and policies.

But what about your view of that company prior to your move? Did you count them out? Did you bad-mouth them? How does that make you feel now that you see things from their perspective?

What I'm saying is, before you talk bad about someone, think twice. They are probably doing the best they can with what they have. You don't know the reality and I bet if you move to that company, you'll see things slightly different than you did before. And hopefully you won't feel any guilt from slamming them down behind their back, because like the saying goes: "Check yo self, before you wreck yo self."
