Baby New Year

A new year. A new season of life. A chance to start over if things went crazy last year. A chance to create new goals and achieve them.

The best part of the New Year is always our resolutions. Or better said, "Goals We Think We Can Achieve, But Never Put Any Effort Towards."

Make this year different. Create those goals, print them in big, bold lettering and plaster them everywhere! Make sure that everyone on your team knows what you expect of them and of yourself. And make sure that you are held to a higher standard than everyone else so you can set the example of working hard.

Just don't be a butthead. No one likes a jerk that thinks he or she is better than everyone else.
