That's right. It's time for the World Cup. The every-four-year sport championship that draws fans who probably haven't watched a soccer game since the last World Cup. Like me.

Should radio shy away from talking about the World Cup since Becky/Jennifer/Susan probably doesn't care? NO!

Do a morning show spelling contest on some of the countries. Have a geography challenge for a co-host. Educate, educate, educate. Make the listener feel like she is learning something. Just don't treat as if she's dumb. No one likes that.

Now, why are you still reading this? Turn on ESPN and yell, "GGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!"
