Push to Open

You ever try to pull a door open, when it's CLEARLY marked push to open? Then the person you're with says, "Hey dummy, push the door open. How long have you been doing this?"

Ever consider that you might be doing that with your radio station? Pulling when you should be pushing? And what happens if you don't have that friend with you telling you to push instead of pull?

Everyone needs someone that will walk alongside and remind us when to push the proverbial door. When you stand there trying to pull yourself, the station and your listeners through the door marked "push," you won't get very far. I don't care if you bring one person or bring a team but bring someone that will push you for greatness, pointing out when you mess up and following up with how you can improve.

Friends help you improve. Friends help you read the signs on the doors. Friends will push you.
