Let's Try This Again: "Who Are We?"

I love the CHR discussions about who they are.

You know why?

Because it's never a general consensus. Some people lean way rock. Some people lean way AC. Some people don't know which way they lean. Some people think research is the best way to find the right songs. Some people think going with your gut is the best way.

Know what I think? Figure out what your mission statement and vision are, and then go after it!

Seriously. That's it.

Find something to get behind: something that says who you are and why you do what you do. That will lead you to your demo. Which will lead you to what music decisions you should make.

Let's not make this too complicated. We here to reach people. Not argue styles of music.
