Our Secrets

Every company has secrets. Whether it's the competitive advantage, a strategy, or gossip, every company has them.

But I think some of the walls between us should come down. Some secrets need to be shared (perhaps not of the gossip nature).

We say that we're on the same team, and if that's true, then shouldn't there be room for idea sharing? Resoundingly I say, "YES!"

We shouldn't be too big for our britches here. Can I ask that someone of you step off your "pedestal" and realize that if there isn't some type of idea sharing, we'll all soon become extinct?

And might I suggest that if you want a job in the future, you should figure out how to weave yourself into the tapestry of this industry and how you can help others. Because no one trusts the super secret hermit.
