You know what I'd like to see? A good, ol' roundtable. With radio and records. How long has it been since we've seen something like that?

But I don't want the normal players. I want some new faces around the table. New faces with new ideas.

Let's figure out who the new hot shots are and put them at the table.

Let's hear their discussion. Let's hear how they talk. Let's hear what their lingo is.

We'll just be the flies on the wall.

After all, they are the future of the industry. So shouldn't we give them a chance to speak up about where they think we could be headed?

Let's not kill the future talent. Let's plant it, water it, and harvest it for the better of this industry. Let's listen to their voices.
