Impactful conversations are what build connection points between you and your audience. But you just can’t share a story without inviting the listener into the conversation.
The goal of any on-air break should be to pull the highest percentage of people from the song ending to you talking. That doesn’t happen by chance or by accident. An effective bring-in line (or hook line) can turn a passive listener into an engaged and active listener.
